aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2501\"><p>La Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Integral, es un programa de la Secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n de Medell\u00edn, que busca fortalecer el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n institucional desde el enfoque de Educaci\u00f3n Inclusiva, para garantizar la atenci\u00f3n a la diversidad y espec\u00edficamente el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes en las instituciones educativas oficiales.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 conformado el equipo UAI?<\/strong><\/h3><p>L\u00edneas:<\/p><ol><li><strong>L\u00ednea Coordinaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica (Coordinadoras): <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Articulaci\u00f3n con n\u00facleos y programas locales y nacionales<\/li><li>Formaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y fortalecimiento a los equipos.<\/li><li>Orientaci\u00f3n a las Instituciones Educativas.<\/li><li>Orientaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n de contenido gu\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea de Apoyo Pedag\u00f3gico (Docentes de Apoyo Pedag\u00f3gico):<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Transformaci\u00f3n institucional en temas de inclusi\u00f3n educativa.<\/li><li>Asesor\u00eda y Asistencia T\u00e9cnica \u00f3rganos del gobierno escolar.<\/li><li>Incorporaci\u00f3n de Dise\u00f1os Universales<\/li><li>Sistemas de apoyo y Ajustes Razonables.<\/li><li>Formaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda a docentes y familias.<\/li><li>Caracterizaci\u00f3n escolar (SIMAT).<\/li><li>Articulaci\u00f3n y alianzas.<\/li><li>Componente pedag\u00f3gico ind\u00edgena<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea CTE (Capacidades y Talentos Excepcionales):<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Informaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y asistencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/li><li>Orientaciones t\u00e9cnicas y acompa\u00f1amiento en procesos institucionales.<\/li><li>Mejoramiento en proceso de caracterizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea TAC (Trastornos del Aprendizaje o el Comportamiento):<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Informaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y asistencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/li><li>Orientaciones t\u00e9cnicas y acompa\u00f1amiento en procesos institucionales.<\/li><li>Mejoramiento en proceso de caracterizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea de Apoyo Sensorial:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Implementaci\u00f3n Oferta Educativa Biling\u00fce Bicultural para Sordos.<\/li><li>Apoyo a la discapacidad auditiva, visual y sordo ceguera.<\/li><li>Formaci\u00f3n, accesibilidad, \u00e1reas tiflol\u00f3gicas.<\/li><li>Construcci\u00f3n de contenido para favorecer caracterizaci\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea de Apoyo Acad\u00e9mico Especial: <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Articulaci\u00f3n con las instituciones educativas para soporte metodol\u00f3gico y did\u00e1ctico desde enfoque de inclusi\u00f3n educativa.<\/li><li>Acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico a los procesos institucionales en t\u00e9rminos acad\u00e9micos para los estudiantes en situaci\u00f3n de enfermedad cr\u00f3nica o terminal.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>L\u00ednea Pol\u00edtica Publica:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Generaci\u00f3n de insumos que le permita al Distrito construir la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, de acuerdo a los lineamientos del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace el docente de apoyo?<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>Asesor\u00eda y asistencia t\u00e9cnica permanente a la comunidad educativa para modificar pol\u00edticas, pr\u00e1cticas y cultura educativa hacia la transformaci\u00f3n institucional desde un enfoque de educaci\u00f3n inclusiva.<\/li><li>Mediar la implementaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas flexibles como la incorporaci\u00f3n del Dise\u00f1o Universal de Aprendizaje y que sea el eje del proceso de Ense\u00f1anza\/Aprendizaje en la participaci\u00f3n de todos los actores educativos.<\/li><li>Acompa\u00f1ar y capacitar a los directivos docentes y docentes para garantizar la atenci\u00f3n pertinente a la poblaci\u00f3n con discapacidad en t\u00e9rminos de accesibilidad y flexibilidad.<\/li><li>Fortalecer los procesos pedag\u00f3gicos a trav\u00e9s del acompa\u00f1amiento al dise\u00f1o, implementaci\u00f3n y seguimiento a los Planes Individuales de Ajustes Razonables (PIAR) y su articulaci\u00f3n con la planeaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica y el Plan de Mejoramiento Institucional (PMI).<\/li><li>Seguimiento y acompa\u00f1amiento a estudiantes en conjunto con sus docentes de aula o \u00e1rea para disminuir las barreras que se presenten en su interacci\u00f3n para su participaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje.<\/li><li>Acompa\u00f1ar y capacitar las familias en temas relacionados con necesidades e intereses dentro del proceso escolar.<\/li><li>Identificaci\u00f3n, caracterizaci\u00f3n y reconocimiento de estudiantes con diagn\u00f3sticos para atenci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico familiar y escolar (proceso SIMAT).<\/li><li>Remisiones a especialistas para proceso de atenci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento profesional desde situaciones particulares requeridas en t\u00e9rminos
